P1 Concept Limited provides personal AI solutions for agreed client projects. These terms explain the website and portal context; the separate agreement for your project sets its scope, fees, delivery and support arrangements.
Services are agreed with you
Calendar, Expenses and CRM are areas in which we offer services. Website examples describe possible project work, not instant subscriptions, automatic enrollment or a promise that every feature is available to every client. Contacting P1 or signing in does not by itself create a paid project.
The separate client agreement governs the project. This page does not replace that agreement or expand the approved scope.
Using the portal
Use only your authorized account and the information you have permission to access or share. Keep email verification codes private. Contact Michael if you suspect unauthorized access or need an access change.
Your account may be restricted when membership ends or access must be protected. An account for one organization does not grant rights to another organization or a household member’s records.
Reviewing AI assistance
AI may misunderstand information or omit details. Review proposed dates, times, time zones, amounts, people and destinations before approving an action. The agreed workflow determines which actions need confirmation.
For the controlled calendar service, publication requires approval of the exact current proposal. A changed or expired proposal requires a current approval. You continue to view and edit the calendar through Google Calendar or a compatible calendar application. Requested PDF/JPEG copies are dated versions and may become outdated after later changes.
Testing and availability
The newer WhatsApp calendar integration is tested separately from the existing typed-note portal and remains in controlled synthetic testing pending its separate acceptance checks. Do not submit real family or business records to that test environment. A deployed portal, demonstration or individual successful test does not establish acceptance for live use.
Applications depend on hosting, messaging, email, model and connected-tool providers. Outages, maintenance or connection failures may delay service. Availability and support commitments are those agreed for the project; the website does not add a service-level guarantee.
Your information and ending a service
The Privacy Policy explains data handling. You may ask to stop a connection, change access or request deletion. Ending access does not automatically erase stored records, events in your calendar or copies already downloaded or shared. Project closure and any outstanding obligations follow the client agreement.
Project terms and rights
Fees, payment, ownership, confidentiality, liability and termination terms are set out in the relevant client agreement. This page does not create a new liability cap or remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
If wording here appears inconsistent with your agreed project terms, contact Michael so the difference can be resolved before relying on it.
