Data Deletion

To request deletion of information held by P1, contact Michael by email or WhatsApp. You do not need to sign in to read these instructions or make a request.
Send your request
Email info@p1concept.com with the subject “P1 data deletion”, or message our business WhatsApp number. Include the email address or WhatsApp number used with P1, the service concerned and whether you want particular submissions or a wider set of records deleted.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys or unnecessary identity documents. We will clarify the scope through your existing contact relationship. You do not need to submit the same request through both channels.
What happens next
Michael will verify your authority and clarify the request, identify relevant records and explain the expected handling time. We consider shared records and any documented reason to retain particular information before taking action.
We will tell you what was deleted, what remains, why it remains and any next review. A request is not complete merely because an account was disabled. This page is an instruction page, not an automated deletion callback or an instant-erasure service.
Disconnecting, closing and deleting
Stopping a Google connection, revoking portal access, closing an account and deleting stored data are different actions. Tell us which outcome you want so that necessary steps can be identified.
You can revoke Google access in your Google account. That stops the connection but does not itself erase P1’s stored copies. Deleting P1 data does not automatically remove events from your calendar; deleting calendar events requires a separate explicit instruction.
Shared records, copies and current limits
A request must not erase another person’s shared household or business data without authority. Downloaded or shared files and messages, your own calendars and third-party accounts may need separate action by their owners.
The newer WhatsApp calendar workflow is in controlled synthetic testing. Bounded cleanup has been demonstrated for designated test records, but comprehensive deletion and backup coverage are still being verified. This evidence does not establish deletion coverage for the existing typed-note portal. We will explain applicable limits and provider-held copies rather than promise immediate removal from every system.
Specific records may need to be retained for a documented business or legal obligation. Any retained scope and the reason will be explained where permitted, with restricted handling and a review as appropriate.
